MahaDBT 1.0 Portal Active from 10 September to 18 September 2026 The MahaDBT 1.0 Portal will remain active from 10 September to 18 September 2026 for disposal of pending applications pertaining to the Academic Years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26. During this period, the concerned institutes and departments will be able to scrutinize the pending applications and generate bills.

Attention!!!

  • The MahaDBT 1.0 Portal will remain active from 10 September to 18 September 2026 for disposal of pending applications pertaining to the Academic Years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26.During this period, the concerned institutes and departments will be able to scrutinize the pending applications and generate bills.
  • Re-Apply provision for students is currently disabled, for applications that were sent back (Sent-back Applications) for the Academic Years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26, Post closure of MahaDBT 1.0 activities and data migration, All sent back applications will be made available on MahaDBT 2.0 portal for Re-apply.
  • Please note that no new applications will be accepted on MahaDBT 1.0 from 10 September to 18 September 2026. New applications will be accepted on MahaDBT 2.0 Portal.
  • Guidelines and Rules of procedure for application submission. Please read carefully.
  • The option to revert "Right to Give Up" applications is now available under the Institute (Principal) login. To Reactivate the 'Right To Give Applications', applicants are required to contact their respective institutes, providing their application ID. The last date for reverting "Right to Give Up" applications is 30th June 2025.
  • Granular Application Tracking is now live on MahaDBT Portal- Users can now track application to view real-time status and monitor progress at every stage of their application.
  • Citizen Charter is now live on MahaDBT Portal- Users can check the expected timelines for application approval and download the Charter for detailed information
