Important Notification for Farmers :

Dear Farmers,
The MahaDBT Farmer Portal will soon be reopened, allowing farmers to register afresh and apply for various components under the Department of Agriculture’s schemes. From the year 2025–26 onwards, the "First Come, First Served" approach will be used for application selection. Applications submitted earlier will be considered first under this selection process. You can check the status of your application in the list by clicking on the link provided below titled "Application Timestamp Report." Overview

    Operational Area: All 34 districts of Maharashtra are covered under the scheme.

    Project Selection:

    1. Cluster-Based Approach (Group-oriented projects).
    2. Two projects to be selected per sub-division.
    3. Each project (cluster) must cover a minimum of 20 hectares.
    4. Priority to be given to villages meeting the following criteria:
    • Located in talukas with more than 60% rainfed area.
    • Natural farming clusters already developed.
    • Areas covered under Watershed Development Component (WDC) in the last 20 years.
    • Villages under National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) focus blocks.
    • Villages in aspirational talukas identified by NITI Aayog.
    • Areas included under NFSM pulses/oilseeds/nutri-cereals schemes.
    • Villages with forest land under Dharti Aaba Tribal Upliftment Initiative.
    • SC/ST predominant villages should be prioritized wherever possible.

Benefit

    Financial Assistance (Subsidy Details):

    1. Under RAD, a maximum subsidy of Rs.30,000 per farm family is given for eligible components. Any additional benefit may be provided through convergence with other schemes.
    2. Rs.10,000 per project for capacity building and human resource development through SRLM/SHGs/CRPs.
    3. Farm size is not a limiting factor – subsidy amount remains uniform across all farmers, irrespective of landholding.

Eligibility

    • Selection based on centrally approved category-wise grants and population share. Priority to women and disabled farmers. SC/ST beneficiaries must attach a self-attested valid caste certificate.
    • The beneficiary’s bank account must be Aadhaar-linked.
    • The beneficiary must be willing to adopt Integrated Farming System (IFS) practices.
    • Beneficiaries from villages under Dharti Aaba (Tribal Upliftment) are eligible.
    • Farmer ID (AgriStack) is mandatory.

    • Horticulture/Agroforestry
    • Livestock

    B) Allied Agricultural Activities (At least 2 components mandatory):

    • Silage Unit
    • Fishery Unit
    • Beekeeping
    • Vermicomposting / Organic Inputs Production / Green Manure Production
